A Brief Overview
Conducts certification courses in accordance with the certification granting organization and HNMC standards.

What you will do

• Conduct Training courses following certification granting organization (AHA, Red Cross, Safe Sitter, etc.) guidelines.
• Objectively evaluate student performance on practical and written assessments.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records.
• Accurately maintain student records and submit to appropriate training center coordinator in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required

Experience Qualifications

• 4-6 years Experience as a healthcare provider Preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to teach effectively and follow established guidelines

Licenses and Certifications

• American Heart Association (AHA) Instructor Certification Required or
• Equivalent discipline-specific instructor certification (Safe Sitter, ASLS, etc.) Required
• Relevant critical license in the state of New Jersey (RN, RT, PT, etc) Required
